Part II Restless. She felt restless. The way people had described restlessness was nothing compared to what she was feeling right now. “Good Morning”, he said as she descended down the stairs, still rubbing one eye to wake up. “Are you busy today?”, she asked as she sat herself opposite him at the small coffee table that decorated his bookstore. “I just have to stay at the store and keep it open”, he answered “I’ll be going out today”, she announced. “Where?”, he spit out and realized immediately that it was none of his business to ask her that. They continued to stay quiet after the small talk. She scrolled through her phone as the bus rode at a painfully slow pace to reach her destination. Her eyes froze at one of the posts her friends made, bidding another friend goodbye as she was in the airport with almost 10 bags of luggage.
